I launched CCS Clean Care Systems in 2006 after cleaning hazardous chemicals from eighteen wheeler tankers. That industrial work, supported by my Associate of Applied Science in Process Technology Oil and Gas, shaped how I handle chemicals, pressure, and safety so your exterior surfaces stay protected and thoroughly cleaned.
Over the years I built CCS into a full exterior maintenance partner, offering pressure washing, soft washing, parking lot striping, thermoplastic striping, and related surface cleaning. This means I can clean, prep, and mark your property in one coordinated project, which saves you time and avoids juggling multiple contractors.
I do not hand work off to unknown crews. Every project runs directly through me, which keeps communication clear and standards high. That hands-on approach helped secure ongoing contracts with Aldine ISD and approval with the City of Pearland. You know exactly who is responsible for protecting your property.
